According to reports, one of his houses in Mooresville, North Carolina was priced at $1.25 million. This particular home was built in 2006 and measures 5,149-square feet. Features include four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and an open and spacious floor plan. Furthermore, the house boasts of a folding glass wall leading to a covered patio. There is also a formal dining room with a wine wall.

The house also possesses a media room, an office and a three-car garage. To further emphasize the luxury factor, Larson’s house has a pool and hot tub, an outdoor kitchen and a stone fireplace. It is also worth noting that Kyle Larson bought the home in 2014, for $798,000.

However, that was a smaller property. The Hendrick Motorsports driver also owned a larger home, situated 3 miles away from his first home. Back in November 2018, he purchased the land for $1.4 million and construction began for the property. Admittedly, the project isn’t complete yet, but there are plans for a five bedroom and seven-bathroom home.
This will be made possible in a living space that is over 7,800 square feet. This house is located in the Lake Norman area and offers picturesque lake views upon completion. Finally, his Morton Buildings property is fairly large, but most of it is occupied for his cars and doubles as a workshop. However, there is part of the household that is still habitable, and it looks fairly cosy.
