At this point, every team has a different level of preparation, which might not reflect how they perform later on. That being said, the Los Angeles Lakers have revealed their starting lineup for the upcoming preseason game.
The Lakers have been under the highlight this offseason, scrutinized for the trade moves and signings. A roster considering mainly of veterans, the Lakers wish to win another title with their big three—LeBron James, Anthony Davis, and Russell Westbrook.

The Lakers will be starting their preseason schedule with a matchup against the Brooklyn Nets. Both teams have a strong core and roster, ready to tackle and conquer the upcoming season.
While the preseason games are no indication of how the season will turn out, it gives everyone a good idea about the players, and how one might enhance their game.

- Kent Bazemore
- Talen Horton-Tucker
- Anthony Davis

The Nets vs Lakers preseason game is scheduled for 1:00 AM IST on Monday (3:30 PM EST on Sunday).
That being said, as this is a pre-season game, LeBron James and Russell Westbrook are both sitting out.
How will the ‘Purple and Gold’ work together?
As the Lakers roster has gone through some serious changes, only James, Davis and Horton-Tucker have been with the team since the NBA bubble in Orlando.
That being said, Laker fans will have to hold on for a little while longer to see Russell Westbrook play with the team. While Carmelo Anthony and Trevor Ariza will also be sitting out.
