WOW! Israel Adesanya Shows Off Incredible Training Video Under Waterfalls

Israel Adesanya faces Marvin Vettori at UFC 263 next weekend as ‘The Last Stylebender’ looks to defend his middleweight title for the third time. Ahead of this monumental clash, Adesanya showed off his new insane training footage at the UFC 263 countdown video.

‘Stylebender’ has been doing some training under waterfalls that includes water polo, sand running, and other innovative methods.

He has been working alongside his team at the Piha beach in Auckland, New Zealand. Adesanya fought Vettori in 2018 in what was his second UFC fight. The champion came away with a split decision win.

I’m changing my strength and training program. When I do it and also just replacing t with breath work and the mobility work I do with Dave Wood,” said Izzy.

The benefit of this training is that it gets them out of their comfort zone. This is something different. This is a wild environment. It’s the middle of the winter here. It gets pretty chaotic.

“There’s a combination of breath work, moving stuff on the beach, sand-dune running, and polo stuff in the water. It’s an opportunity to get them out of their comfort zone and really push them,” said Wood about the training.
