Stan Sport secures UEFA Champions League rights

Stan Sport has secured a three-year deal to stream the UEFA Champions League and other major European football competitions.

The package includes:

·        Exclusive rights to the UEFA Champions League 

·        Exclusive rights to the UEFA Europa League 

·        Exclusive rights to the UEFA Europa Conference League 

·        Exclusive rights to the UEFA Super Cup 

·        Exclusive rights to the UEFA Youth League 

Football megastars Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo will appear on Stan Sport ad-free, live and on demand, with a significant number of matches to stream in 4K Ultra HD.

Stan Sport's exclusive UEFA coverage will begin with the 2021-22 UEFA Super Cup match between 2020-21 UEFA Champions League winners Chelsea and Villarreal, winners of the 2020-21 UEFA Europa League – kicking off on Thursday, 12 August (AEST), with Stan Sport's live broadcast time to be announced.

Amongst those to have qualified for the Group Stage of the 2021-22 UEFA Champions League tournament are defending winners Chelsea, alongside AC Milan, Ajax Amsterdam, Atlético Madrid, FC Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Inter Milan, Juventus, Lille, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, Porto, Real Madrid, Sevilla, Sporting Lisbon, Villarreal, and many more of Europe's best clubs.

The UEFA Champions League joins a raft of premium rugby content, plus Roland Garros and Wimbledon among the Stan Sport package.
