Henry Cejudo may be retired, but the ‘King of Cringe’ is always in and around the sport. Cejudo takes to social media to bash performance from anyone in the flyweight and bantamweight division. Featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski is not exempt from scrutiny from ‘Triple C’ either.
Cejudo has always insisted that he would return for a big payday. Be it in boxing or in MMA. Therefore, he has been eyeing a match against Alexander Volkanovski for the featherweight belt to become a three-division champion. This would certainly be a big payday.

Henry Cejudo responds to ‘BMF’ belt call out by Deiveson Figueiredo
Deiveson Figueiredo, in a recent interview, stated that he would like to fight Henry Cejudo for a ‘BMF’ belt for the lower weight division.
In response to the same Cejudo tweeted, “Yo @danawhite I’m really trying to enjoy my retirement but your bum fighter of the year can’t get my name out his mouth. Even though he has that smelly belt, he knows who the best in the world is! I just want to know where did he get that Kush from?”

Figueiredo has been on a roll in the flyweight division and has brought a lot of attention to it. His last title defense against Brandon Moreno last month was a fight of the year candidate. Before that, he submitted Perez at UFC 255 in less than two minutes.
If Figueiredo is able to keep up this level of performance, it might entice Cejudo to return to the octagon to fight him.
A fight between Alexander Volkanovski and Cejudo is highly unlikely given that the latter would not be an active champion as he wants to fight in the division just to win a third belt.
Therefore, a fight at 125-pounds or 135-pounds seems more likely for Cejudo’s return to the octagon.
