HILARIOUS: Max Holloway Hits Son On His Head During Quarantine Lockdown

Voluntarily locking oneself up inside the house sure takes a toll on the mental health of a person. However, Max Holloway is not one of them.

Holloway and his son Rush Holloway, have been passing the time inside the house by getting a little creative and proactive. They have turned to basketball trick shots to amuse themselves as the sporting industry comes to a complete standstill.

The pair have been shooting hoops to pass the time. And by the looks of it, MMA is not the only sport that the Blessed One is good at. However, the 28-year-old Featherweight does miss a shot and hit his son in the head with the ball. Rush responds by breaking into laughter and enquiring whether they got it on camera.

Holloway captions the comical clip with- “Quarantine with @rushminiblessed and [his] only concern is “did you get that on camera?” 🥴😂🤣”

These are trying times and Holloway is doing his part for the society. He recently surprised children diagnosed with cancer at Cure For The Kids Foundation with loads of UFC merchandise.

“These kids are superheroes. It is amazing to see how in good spirits they are, how they hold up, and what they’re doing.”- Max Holloway

The number 1 contender for the featherweight division spent an entire day with the kids at the facility before briefing a press conference about his future ventures.

What’s Next For Max Holloway?

The Blessed one is looking to take on Alexander Volkanovski again following a disappointing loss against the Australian fighter. Holloway was given a loss by unanimous decision by 45-50,47-48-47-48 on the judges’ card.

The Australian fighter took the title home with the help of a steady flow of kicks and exchanges on Holloway. Holloway is known for slow starts and he lost the first round to Volkanovski as the latter started rather strong.

Volkanovski v Holloway

Holloway struggled with Volkanovski’s lower leg kicks and the struggle continued into the second round as well. Even though Holloway was starting to find his footing in the latter part of the second round but Volkanovski’s stick and move strategy worked wonders for him and made the job much difficult for Holloway.

Max Holloway has solidified his position in the UFC as one of the most accomplished and talented featherweights in the sport. A rematch for the title would make a lot of sense as his next move. Confirmation regarding the same has come from UFC President Dana White as well.
