As the title battle comes to an end, the question remains: who is winning? While the answer remains unsure, even regarding who has the possible advantage, if any. Verstappen with the points lead or Hamilton with the W12? Regardless, Red Bull boss Helmut Marko stays away from the stats.

Mercedes warn Red Bull ahead of Saudi Arabia

Mercedes has already fired a warning at their rivals. Toto Wolff had said, “The car has been performing well recently and is probably in the best place it has been all season, with the drivers confident to push it to the limit. That’s encouraging for the final races and gives us strong momentum to take forward.”

On the other side, stood Christian Horner. “Fighting for two world championships is exactly what we’ve worked hard for. We’re going into the last few races and it’s extremely close… in previous years we’d have bitten your arm off to be in this position at this point in the championship.”

With Hamilton eight points behind his challenger and Mercedes five points ahead of Red Bull- this is as close as it gets.

Regardless of the result, it will be a historical two races to come. As we witness what has been arguably the best seasons in the last decade, come to an end, it will be nothing short of phenomenal.
