The NFL GameDay Prime was an epic talk show like every week the trio of Shannon Sharpe (Unc), Deion Sanders (Prime Time), and LaDainian Tomlinson (LT) sat down after the game to have a fun time together. Although it was such a big heartbreak for every fan when the talk show was discontinued by the NFL.
However, the memories and clips remain mortal on the internet and their hilarious reactions to hilarious jokes surface from time to time. Recently, one such hysterical moment of the show was shared by a Shannon Sharpe fan account on Twitter and the NFL legend himself reacted to it.
Prime Time set up Unc
The clip showed how smoothly Prime Time tricked Sharpe into saying the exact same words he wanted Sharpe to say. And the scene was filled with laughter to the extent that LT couldn’t even hold his breath. The joke itself would make anyone go crazy with laughter. Here’s why.
As Prime was asked, “Hey Prime, you still coaching a team, you have any interesting audible calls you could share?” Prime Time immediately knew that this was a perfect question to set up Shannon Sharpe. “We got one play,” Prime said as LT chuckled in the background, hinting that he already knew what was about to happen. “We call it Nicki Minaj.” And just as he finished, Shannon immediately said, “Issa fake ain’t it.”

Shannon Sharpe realized his mistake
The room just hilariously went crazy as for a moment, there was nothing but laughter all around the place. A moment later, when Shannon realized that he uttered the wrong words at the wrong time, he added, “Man! Yea but you set me up! I’m sorry Nicki I’m sorry Nicki I got none against you. Man, why do you do that?”
That is where LT jokingly replied that Shannon couldn’t control his tongue. And as for the question, Prime Time replied, “I love Nicki. They didn’t want to admit, I just wanted to see what you gonna say.” The whole stage was a setup. A setup to make Shannon say what he said and when it did work out perfectly well, it was such a hilarious moment.

The show has created numerous instances where they would make their spectators roll on the floor laughing. However, it was such a big bummer to see the show go off later on. It was crazy to see the trio sit on the same couch and crack open jokes like this every now and then.
