Lamar Jackson is the frontrunner for the MVP of the season, as he registers some truly spectacular performances. Baltimore Ravens’ star quarterback has not skipped a beat since losing the opening fixture to Las Vegas Raiders. Now, there’s some development in a little side project started by the quarterback, which will have his younger fans quite excited.

On October 12th, news emerged of Jackson filing a trademark for LJWrites2. This could be the brand name for the series of books Jackson is looking to write, or it could even mean his own publication. If there’s one thing we wouldn’t have imagined Jackson doing, it is writing a children’s book.
Lamar Jackson has filed a new trademark application for:

However, an initiative like this goes a long way in catering to his growing fanbase. The Lamar Jackson fan club is increasing with every superhuman performance by the quarterback. In the recent fixture against Indianapolis Colts, Jackson led the Ravens to a wonderful comeback, and sealed the win for them in overtime.
Jackson notched four touchdowns and covered 442 yards. These stats have already cemented him as a frontrunner for MVP of the season. If his upcoming book is a big hit, it’ll definitely be another feather in his cap.

What’s next for Baltimore Ravens?
After the heart-stopping win against Indianapolis Colts, Lamar Jackson and the Ravens fly back home to take on the Los Angeles Chargers at M&T Bank Stadium. But apart from this upcoming big game, Jackson has drawn attention for a completely different reason.
Jackson appealed to the NFL to secure added protection for the quarterback, in order to prevent them from getting hit or roughed up. Many claim Jackson is one quarterback out of the NFL’s protective shadow, and his injury problems will definitely persist throughout the season.
An issue like this creates enough drama ahead of a big game, but the Chargers are not cakewalk. With Justin Herbert also firing at an incredible level, the Chargers could pose a threat to the Ravens’ defense. As witnessed against the Colts, Calais Campbell isn’t the only guy on the field to block everything.
