Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder are now on track to face each other for the trilogy fight on October 9. Less than ten days away from the mega-heavyweight showdown, fans are already on the edge of their seats.
In a recent interview, Tyson Fury‘s new trainer, Sugar Hill Steward spoke about his fighter’s progress and training. Over the course of this training camp, he’s grown a lot of respect and appreciation for ‘The Gypsy King’.
Steward claims that Fury is now stronger than ever and that he is expecting him to end Deontay Wilder’s golden shot at the title with a vicious knockout.
“Working with Tyson Fury is a lot like looking at myself in the mirror. We both have tremendous respect for each other. We both understand each other, we’ve grown a lot more closer.
“Tyson Fury’s grown a lot stronger and the things that I wanted him to do as a fighter, he can move, he can punch, he could think, he has defense, he can talk, he could sell a fight, he can make you think he’s lying but he’s telling the truth.
“I’m expecting to see a full-out attack, throwing bombs, hurtful bombs, and showing his devastating knockout power,” said Sugar Hill Steward, Fury’s coach.
Frank Warren says Tyson Fury will repeat history on October 9
Promoter Frank Warren recently shared his thoughts on the upcoming trilogy fight between Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury. He said that Tyson is in his best shape yet and that his mental framework ahead of the fight seems solid.

Frank Warren highlighted that in the heavyweight division, there’s always a “puncher’s chance“. However, he believes that his ‘big right hand’ approach won’t work for ‘The Bronze Bomber’ this time around as Tyson Fury has already faced his best shots.
“I have to say I have rarely seen Tyson look so well. He is in fantastic nick and a great frame of mind – all of which is bad news for Mr. Wilder.
“In the heavyweights, there is always a puncher’s chance, but even that will probably not be enough for Wilder because Tyson has taken his best shot before and got up all guns blazing.
“Wilder could not do likewise when Tyson put it on him and my bet is a repeat performance,” said Frank Warren.
