“He Killed Him in the Second Fight’: Logan Paul’s Trainer on Tyson Fury vs. Deontay Wilder 3

The boxing fraternity now curiously awaits the third meeting between Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder. Earlier a fight between these two was set to take place on July 24th. But the British boxer and a few of his team members tested positive for COVID-19 and this contest eventually got pushed to October 9th.

Despite the postponement, the fans are still intrigued with this clash, and they’ve distinguished themselves by picking their favorite among the two heavyweights.

Recently, Logan Paul‘s trainer, Milton Lacroix gave his take on that fight. Speaking to Es News, he said, “Listen, Fury won the first fight. He beat Beyonce or Deontay. But Fury won the first fight. He killed him in the second fight. Third fight is going to be a little more easier. Fury is the next big thing.”

Fury and Wilder met each other for the first time in 2018. But their first contest abruptly ended with a draw. This resulted led to an undeniable rematch which took place in February 2020.

In this rematch, ‘The Gypsy King’ adopted an offensive approach right from the first bell, and he only moved forward with his shots. He kept his jabs on full display, and once he figured out the distance between him and Wilder, Fury landed some thunderous right hands.

The Brit continued his assault, and he kept the Alabama native on the back foot. Moving further, Fury’s skill set seemed too much to handle for Wilder. And as a result, in round 7, ‘The Gypsy King’ smothered Wilder to attain a vicious T/KO win.

Will the trilogy fight be a cakewalk for Tyson Fury?

Tyson Fury is the most elite star of the big men’s division, and with his brilliance, he’s retained his undefeated stint too.

His unusual punching power, ability to move swiftly inside the ring, separates him from the rest of the roster. And capitalizing on the same, Fury will look forward to shifting the momentum in his third meeting against Wilder.

With the form Fury’s currently in, it’s safe to admit this trilogy might turn out to be a cakewalk for him. It’ll be intriguing to see how well he presents himself in this fight.
