After Natalya and Tamina’s historical victory at the last SmackDown, WWE Universe has been busy with them. However, former number one contender, Lana reminded everyone of her presence.
The ‘Ravishing Russian’ and ‘Glow Goddess’ Naomi challenged then women’s Tag Team champion Nia and Shayna a few weeks ago. Although they did not win the match, Team ‘Ravishing Glow’ is not ready to be disappointed.
During Sunday’s WrestleMania Backlash, Lana posted a photo with a powerful statement. “I will not give up until I do what most people think is the impossible,” Lana wrote in determination. “In the greatest era of women’s wrestling, a woman with some heart, a red dress, and a slingshot will become champion.”

Lana made herself more clear with the following tweet. She hit back at some critics and issued a direct challenge to the new tag team champions.
“Yes, we like to dance, yeah and?,” she wrote. “Yes, we like to fight, yeah and? Yes I have been married & divorced more than anyone on the women’s roster, yeah, and ?? We know exactly who we are. And we will become your future Women’s Tag Team Champions.”
In the past, Lana and Naomi have been called immature due to their TikTok accounts. No one took Lana seriously from the beginning, the ‘silly TikToks’ added more to it.

In another Tweet she lauded WWE. “Every week I go to work in the greatest era of Women’s Wrestling. I feel like a woman who’s run onto a battlefield with a slingshot..” Lana is totally embracing her feminity.

Despite their on-screen rivalry, Lana shared an amicable real-life relationship with the new Women’s Tag Team champions Natalya and Tamina. Following their win, not only Lana shared tweets but wrote few words as well.
She wrote, “You 2 deserve this. An example of hard work, perseverance, and heart,” after she shared the moment when Natalya and Tamina were the champions and the Pyro his the SmackDown stage.

As we predicted earlier, no one is letting the newest tag team champions go so easily. Nia Jax and Shayna are already plotting “revenge.” Lana again proved Natalya and Tamina had made quite a few ‘enemies.’
Tamina debuted with Naomi’s husband and brother-in-law, The Usos. Natalya also defeated Naomi to win her SmackDown Women’s Championship.
