Bulldogs boss parts ways with club: report

The Canterbury Bulldogs have reportedly parted ways with chief executive Andrew Hill ahead of the 2021 season.

Hill was responsible for leading much of the re-build at Belmore under incoming coach Trent Barrett who he appointed to the position in late 2020.

It's a shock development from the club given the string of impressive off-season signings Hill and Barrett were able to lure to Sydney's west.

According to the Daily Telegraph, it now appears that his time is up.

Hill was appointed in 2017 after a long stint at the NRL.

He endured a trying time atop the franchise, marred by a final year of reports of vicious infighting between powerbrokers at the club.

The Bulldogs are expected to release a statement confirming the news later this afternoon.

MORE TO COME.
