Robert Whittaker earned a clear unanimous decision win over the perennially dangerous Jared Cannonier. ‘The Reaper’ dropped Cannonier in the third-round, but ‘The Killa Gorilla’ survived the storm. Not to mention, he stunned Whittaker in the final moments just before time expired.

Heavyweights: Alexander Volkov vs Walt Harris

Alexander ‘Drago‘ Volkov stopped Walt Harris in the second round with strikes. The end came 75-seconds into the period and is his opportunity to stay in the conversation in the heavyweight division.

Middleweights: Jacob Malkoun vs Phil Hawes

Yet another UFC debutant in Phil Hawes made waves with a sensational KO over Jacob Malkoun. He shut the lights out on Malkoun in just 18 seconds and is certainly a force to be reckoned with. Phil Hawes put forth a similarly devastating performance in his ‘Dana White’s Contender Series’ performance.

UFC women’s flyweight: Lauren Murphy vs Liliya Shakirova

‘Lucky’ Lauren Murphy retained her position as a top contender with a second-round submission over debutant Liliya Shakirova. Murphy now rides a four-fight win streak at 125-pounds and will be gearing up for a shot at the title. Moreover, she took a new opponent on short notice and looked impressive in her win.

UFC light heavyweights: Magomed Ankalaev vs Ion Cutelaba

Magomed Ankalaev called an end to the rivalry with Ion Cutelaba after earning a grounded KO victory. The end came at 04:19 of the first round and is a step in the right direction for Ankalaev. Furthermore, he will be keen to navigate the upper echelons of the 205-pound division after his win over Cutelaba.

UFC heavyweights: Stefan Struve vs Tai Tuivasa
