Popular Twitch streamer Mason ‘Symfuhny’ Lanier claimed today that his Warzone account has gone missing. Symfuhny was unable to login to his account after multiple attempts. Every bit of this drama unfolded live on his Twitch stream.
In a clip from his live stream today, Symfuhny can be heard saying that he is unable to log on to his Activision account.
“When I log into Activision with my Battlenet, it just wants me to create a new account,” he explained, “it won’t work, my account is completely not there.”
Symfuhny’s Warzone cheating accusations resurface
He is currently unsure if Activision has banned him, or if someone has hacked his account. As of now, he has settled to play with another account. This might be a disaster for the 100 Thieves streamer if he indeed ends up losing his account.
Symfuhny rose to fame with Fortnite, which he had played professionally too. With the rise of Warzone based content among other creators, Symfuhny too joined the wave. Currently, he is one of the more prominent faces in the CoD battle royale.

Interestingly, many have accused him multiple times for using wallhacks and other exploits. The speculation surrounding this could start doing the rounds again if it turns out his account has indeed been banned. However, Activision has provided no official statement yet.

The accusations had started after a June live stream. While streaming with fellow NRG players, Symfuhny had rushed into an enemy team and 1v3’d them with ease. While these are pretty common plays among talented players, one particular part had raised suspicions.
It looked as if Symfuhny’s crosshair had shifted almost instantly onto the cover behind which the players were hiding. While it could have been a mere coincidence, the internet jury had decided otherwise.

Moreover, his recent Warzone career has been smeared with accusations. There were several complaints which claimed Symfuhny was hacking in Warzone. Nonetheless, he never seemed to take this indirect hate seriously. Ironically enough he is now claiming his Activision account is missing. This can be the result of a huge number of reports against a single user.
He even posted a video titled ‘Official Response’ as a reply to all the accusations.
Activision will probably contact him soon about the issue. Until then, it seems like the prayers of many people who had pleaded that Symfuhny was cheating in Warzone have come true.
