Lahore: Head of High-Performance Coaching Grant Bradburn has started his new role and is working online from New Zealand due to the suspension of flight operations.
According to sources, Bradburn has started reviewing the performance of the coaches. In the first phase, the performance of all six provincial first and second XI teams is going to be reviewed.
All coaches are preparing their past performance reports. Coaches are preparing reports on future planning, player development, and match planning.
Bradburn will review performances on a one-on-one basis. In the second phase, the performance of U-19 and then U-16 coaches will be tested.
Bradburn will decide on the promotion and demotion of coaches after the assessment is completed.
