What did Aryna Sabalenka say?
Sabalenka revealed that it was her father who introduced her to the sports of tennis. A young Aryna randomly embraced the world of tennis.
“My father invested a lot in me. It was he who decided to give me to sports, so that I was active and moved a lot. Once we drove past a tennis court, and he asked: “Maybe we will try?” Well, I thought, why not. Then I was six. I started playing and I liked to hit the ball with a racket.”
Sabalenka revealed that she was always lie tempered when it came to tennis. She just couldn’t digest losing. However, even in his death, her father taught her a very key lesson for the journey.

“As a child, I could not control my emotions. Dad told me: “You are only 12, but you have already smashed six rackets. Are you normal or what? ” Now I am more calm on the court. And after my father died, I realized that there are worse things than losing the match. I continued and continue to move on for him.”
Sometimes, we learn the hardest lessons the tough way. Some of our most addictive but wrong habits go away only with a major life event. Aryna Sabalenka learnt that lesson through the death of her father.
